HISTORY: Right foot pain when walking. Status post ankle twisting injury.


FINDINGS: Medial talar dome demonstrates osteochondral lesion with a subarticular cyst. The mortise, longitudinal arch of the foot and Lisfranc alignment are maintained. No acute osseous abnormality.


IMPRESSION: Right ankle osteochondral lesion as described without acute osseous abnormality.
