REPORT


HISTORY: Right hip pain training for a marathon.


FINDINGS: In the region along the calcar there is a small horizontal band of sclerosis compatible with a stress fracture. No additional fractures identified. Mild bilateral hip acetabular osteophytosis and greater trochanteric enthesophytes.


IMPRESSION: Right hip findings compatible with nondisplaced stress fracture as described.
