REPORT


HISTORY: Left wrist pain status post injury.

FINDINGS: There is an osseous fragment at the dorsum of the mid carpus, with 2 contiguous fragments consistent with a displaced triquetral avulsion fracture. There is associated dorsal soft tissue swelling. Otherwise, an unremarkable exam.

IMPRESSION: Comminuted and displaced triquetral avulsion fragment at the dorsum of the wrist with associated soft tissue swelling.
