<p>Specialized training series developed to prepare Residents and practicing radiologists to</p>
<p>be &ldquo;on call&rdquo; for the emergency department via exposure to the most likely emergency diagnoses.</p>

HISTORY:  Snowboarding accident.


FINDINGS: Ankle joint alignment is satisfactory. The soft tissues are unremarkable. The lateral process of the talus fracture is best identified in the lateral projection without appreciable displacement. No new fractures are seen.

IMPRESSION: Lateral talar process fracture, without appreciable displacement. Soft tissues are unremarkable.
